• Mediation - accredited, confidential and independent mediation of disputes, helping business people resolve disagreements constructively, efficiently and economically.

• Legal Advice - one-off/project legal services for specific aspects of your business such as  internal & external contracts, warranties etc., ownership changes/reorganisation, option schemes, debt and equity financing, internal and external contracts and deal negotiations.

General Counsel: Chris works on a retained basis, hand-in-hand with business owners and senior managers and their professional advisers, including with solicitors with whom they may have an existing relationship. General Counsel arms business people with an internal legal resource, a sounding board and advance legal insight into courses of action they wish to take or respond to.

Mediator: Chris helps find solutions to disputes that both parties can agree on. Chris will typically be commissioned by solicitors or the disputing-parties themselves; the usual purpose of the mediation is to discover an agreed outcome that will avoid or cut short the expense and uncertainty of litigation; the usual outcome is a settlement that has been more economic to achieve than proceeding to trial and which is (often) more tailored to the benefit of both parties than continued litigation correspondence, or a judgment would be able to achieve - and it is always in the control of the parties, which a trial is not.
